On the bright side, I now know that those Corelle plates a bought last month (after three broken dishes in one day) really can be tossed off a high chair, bounce on hardwood floors, and still look as good as new.
I don't know if it's the two weeks of sniffles, teething (eye teeth?) or something else entirely, but today my incredibly verbal child is chanting nothing but "Uppy, uppy," "Mommy's Car," and "Potty." I'm hoping things go better after a long nap.
