Other Notes

3--She switches our noses at nap time. I'm not sure why. She'll take mine off with one hand, hers with another, and put hers on me and mine on her. This has been going on for days.

4--Before she can nap we have to have her, her sippy, her Dora pillow, and Pirate Mickey (her Mickey Mouse from Disneyland) all tucked in just right. Then she needs a handful of my hair and some painful (on my part) flopping around before she drops out. But the past two days she's gotten up and found me when she was done, as opposed to crying until I come in.

5--Her temper and tantrums are really kicking into gear lately. There was a little scene at the swim beach on Sunday that makes me think Miss Rebecca won't be taking her big shovel with her again for a little while. And she tried to kick one of the boys at play group last week because he didn't want a hug. Mostly she's trying the screaming and crying if she doesn't get her way (it doesn't work, but she keeps trying . . . and trying).

6--The Easter Bunny chose to bring toys rather than a ton of candy this year . . . too many toys. Now whenever Rebecca see something she wants she says she, "Needs it, from the Easter Bunny." Apparently he's replaced Santa. We were just in the bathroom for another potty session, where she declared she needed an oboe from the Easter Bunny.
