It's rated to 50 lbs., so hopefully it will last us a little while. We sure will miss the convenience of the infant seat, but is was getting really heavy anyway. Now the big question--how long before we break down and get one for Rich's car, too? Or how many Monday mornings will Rich take it to work with him before we get another one for my car? I'll keep watching for more coupons.

Wow. The big switch! We totally need to do that--we've had their big seats in the corner of their bedroom forever, but I'm too lazy. Actually, I don't want to get it all hooked up facing backwards and then have to change it out to forward facing in a couple weeks. Again, lazy. I think my girls will be thrilled to have a different view in the car. They are WAY too big for their infant seats too. The extra space in the new ones will be greatly appreciated.
