We went for a little walk in the neighborhood across from ours, and Becca fell in love with this cat.
And I mean really fell in love with her.

In other news, Rebecca's learned how to pull out my favorite wood chair ($3 yard sale find, originally from a Polish ice cream shop), climb up, and climb onto the table. And then dance. Last night she knew about half of her letters, and is talking up a storm. She even talked to the crazy Acme lady today, and usually she clams up around her (human warning coloration?). She seems to be toying with a single-nap schedule, and it hasn't been fun, but hopefully she'll sort it out soon.

My girls are big climbers (and dancers) on the table as well. It drives me nuts because I'm sure one of these days they're going to dance their way off headfirst onto the hard tile floor.
Good luck with the single nap schedule. We've been there for a while. I guess the good thing is your day is a little more freed up to go places if you need to.
I'm still completely jealous of all the green and trees that surround you! Beautiful!
